These terms apply to your use of FBKAutoRepair.com and any services provided by Fallbrook Auto Repair (Steve Cox Mobile Mechanic). By using this site or scheduling service, you agree to these terms.

Services

Fallbrook Auto Repair provides mobile automotive repair and maintenance services in Fallbrook, California and surrounding areas. All work is performed by Steve Cox, a licensed and experienced mechanic.

Service availability depends on location, vehicle type, and parts availability. We will let you know upfront if a job is outside our scope or requires a shop facility.

Estimates and Pricing

Quotes provided over the phone or through the contact form are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary once the vehicle is inspected in person. We will always communicate any changes before proceeding with work.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Warranty on Labor

We stand behind our work. If a repair we performed fails due to workmanship within 30 days of service, we will address it at no additional labor charge. This does not cover issues caused by unrelated problems, pre-existing conditions, or parts failure outside of our control.

Parts warranties vary by manufacturer. We will provide part information upon request so you can reference the manufacturer’s warranty directly.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and the issue you are experiencing. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the agreed location and time. If we arrive and cannot access or work on the vehicle due to circumstances on your end, a trip fee may apply.

Limitation of Liability

Fallbrook Auto Repair is not liable for pre-existing conditions, unrelated vehicle issues discovered during service, or any indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
